2 days before the event

Today, on Monday 10th December, I have asked Ian to do vocals but he said he cannot come for the performance although he suggested Ryan Jackson from the second year. I had then asked him to do vocals for our performance and I am still waiting for his response. Also knowing that we are running out of time we need to get down ideally 2 rehearsals with run through's which are planned for tomorrow and for Wednesday morning so that all of us would be confident with our performance. If Ryan say's he can't do the performance on Wednesday or if he doesn't want to do it then we will just play the song as a instrumental as it's not too long and also it is quite fast.
