For the past couple of days I had been researching how to properly and efficiently record a EP. By doing this I managed to come across a video made by Vader who are a Polish Death metal band and who have been playing for over 30 years and so I'm quite confident that they know what they were doing and so I took some tips from these clips. Some things I had taken from them were how to record bass as well as guitars so that both fit together well.
Another major band who have managed to make a name for themselves in the death metal scene is another band from Poland called Decapitated. I have also looked how they record their guitars as this is my main instrument and I want to confident in the studio while recording it. This also will give me more ideas on how to arrange the guitar parts with panning for example.
